适用范围

本标准于1996年首次发布,本次为第一次修订。本标准代替GB/T16160—1996《服装人体测量的部位与方法》。本标准规定了服装用人体测量的部位与方法。
本标准适用于各类服装及服饰配件所需的人体尺寸数据的测量,但并不是所有的本标准定义的人体尺寸在人体测量和服装生产中都是必需的。本标准与GB/T16160—1996相比主要变化如下:
———标准名称由《服装人体测量的部位与方法》变更为《服装用人体测量的部位与方法》;
———增加了测量程序内容;
———标准正文中增加了31个人体项目的测量方法;
———将原标准中“乳距”、“膝高”、“颈椎至膝弯长”和“颈椎至腕长”等项目的名称分别变更为“两乳头点间宽”、“膝围高”、“颈椎点至膝弯长”和“颈椎点至腕长”;
———将标准正文中“颈椎至膝弯长(直线测量)”、“颈椎点高(直线测量)”、“臂长(直线测量)”项目的内容转移至附录A,其中“颈椎至膝弯长(直线测量)”的项目名称变更为“颈椎点至膝长”;
———将原标准中“背腰长”、“前腰长”和“肩颈点至乳峰点长”几个只针对女性测量的项目变更为男女通用的测量项目,其中“肩颈点至乳峰点长”项目的名称变更为“肩颈点至乳头点长”;
———增加了婴儿的身高项目测量方法;
———增加了资料性附录A“相关的人体测量部位与方法”;
———增加了资料性附录B“相关的人体测量点术语”。

【摘要】:Referenceradiographsforhigh-strengthcopper-baseandnickel-copperalloycastingsareintendedtobeusedasaguidetotherecognitionofcommondiscontinuitiesandtheirdifferentiationbothastotypeandseveritylevel.Discontinuitytypesmostcommontothesealloysareillustrated.Otherdiscontinuitytypessuchashottears,cracksandunfusedchapletsareillustratedinapplicableReferenceRadiographsE186,E192,andE446.Forreference,descriptionsoftypicalcastingdefectsandcorrespondingradiographicindicationtypesarecontainedinSection5.Purchasersandsuppliersmay,bymutualagreement,selectparticulardiscontinuityclasses(see1.2)toserveasstandardsrepresentingminimumlevelsofacceptability.(SeeSections7and8.)Referenceradiographsrepresentedbythisstandardmaybeused,asagreeduponinapurchasersupplieragreement,forenergylevels,thicknessesorbothoutsidetherangeofthisstandardwhendeterminedapplicableforthecastingserviceapplication.ProceduresforevaluationofproductionradiographsusingapplicablereferenceradiographsofthisstandardareprescribedinSection9;however,theremaybemanufacturing-purchaserissuesinvolvingspecificcastingserviceapplicationswhereitmaybeappropriatetomodifyoraltersuchrequirements.Wheresuchmodificationsmaybeappropriateforthecastingapplication,allsuchchangesshallbecalled-outinthepurchasersupplieragreementorcontractualdocument.Section10addressespurchasersupplierrequisiteswhereweldrepairsmayberequired.ThefollowingASTMspecificationsillustratealloysthatmaybeusedwiththesestandards.Itisintendedthatthesereferenceradiographsalsoapplytorelatedgovernmentandcommercialmaterialspecifications.1.1Thesereferenceradiographsillustratevariouscategories,types,andseveritylevelsofdiscontinuitiesoccurringinhigh-strengthcopper-base,nickel-copper,andrelatedalloycastings.ThereferenceradiographfilmsareanadjuncttothisdocumentandmustbepurchasedseparatelyfromASTMInternational,ifneeded(see2.3).Categoriesandseveritylevelsforeachdiscontinuitytyperepresentedbythesereferenceradiographsaredescribedin1.2.Note18212;ThebasisofapplicationforthesereferenceradiographsrequiresapriorpurchasersupplieragreementofradiographicexaminationattributesandclassificationcriteriondescribedinSections4,7,8,9,and10ofthisstandard.1.2Thesereferenceradiographsconsistofforty-five5by7-in.(127by178-mm)nominalsizereproductions(twentymadefrom1-in.(25.4-mm)platecastingsexposedwithlowvoltageX-raysforthicknessesuptoandincluding2in.)andtwenty-fivemadefrom3-in.(76-mm)platecastingsexposedwith2MVX-raysorCobalt60isotopeforthicknessesgreaterthan2in.uptoandincluding6in.Unlessotherwisespecifiedinapurchasersupplieragreement(see1.1),eachdiscontinuitycategoryisforcomparisononlywithproductionradiographsproducedwithradiationenergylevelswithinthethicknessrangecoveredbythecategory.Thesereferenceradiographsillustratediscontinuitiesinsand-castmanganese-nickel-aluminumbronze-alloyplatesandarerepresentativeofthosefoundinnarrowfreezingrange(formerlyx201C;highshrinkagex201D;),high-strengthcopperandnickel-copperalloys.Followingisalistofdiscontinuitycategories,typesandseveritylevelsfortheadjunctreferenceradiographsofthisstandard(seeNote2):
