【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivestheacceptedconditionsofexposuretime,temperature,atmospherichumidityandliquidimmersionforuseintestingsolidelectricalinsulatingmaterials.Therangeissufficientlywidetoenablesuitableconditionstobeselectedsothateitheroftheprimaryobjects,setoutbelowasa)andb),ofconditioningcanbeachieved.Theseobjectivesaimtoobtaingreaterreproducibilityoftestresultsby:a)partlycounteractingthevariationsofthepropertiesofthematerialduetothepasthistoryofthetestspecimens(oftenknownas"normalizing",herecalledpreconditioning),andb)ensuringuniformityofconditionsduringthetesting.Thisstandardisnotintendedtobeappliedfordeterminingtheinfluenceofexposuretocertaintemperaturesandhumidityorimmersionsinliquids,onthepropertiesofamaterial.ProcedurespertainingtotheeffectofanenvironmentonamaterialaregiveninvariouspartsofIEC60068.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideanaqueousleachingofamaterialinadynamicpartitioningmanner.Specificoperatingconditionsforthecolumncanbeselectedtosatisfytheobjectivesofindividualstudies.Anunderstandingofthefundamentalprinciplesgoverningcolumnleachingisnecessaryintheselectionofappropriateconditions.References(1-3)4provideusefulinformationontheseprinciples.Thecolumnapparatusisconstructedofmaterialsthatpermitthegenerationofaleachatewhichissuitableforlowconcentrationorganicanalysisforsemivolatileandnonvolatilecompoundsaswellasinorganicspecies.FIG.1ColumnApparatus1.1Thistestmethodisastandardlaboratoryprocedureforgeneratingaqueousleachatefrommaterialsusingacolumnapparatus.Itprovidesaleachatesuitablefororganicanalysisofsemivolatileandnonvolatilecompoundsaswellasinorganicanalyses.1.2Thecolumnapparatusisdesignedandconstructedofmaterialschosentoenhancetheleachingoflowconcentrationsofsemivolatileandnonvolatileorganicconstituentsaswellastomaximizetheleachingofmetallicspeciesfromthesolid.Analysisofcolumneffluentprovidesinformationontheleachingcharacteristicsofmaterialundertheconditionsusedinthetest.1.3Thistestmethodprovidesforthepassageofanaqueousfluidthroughmaterialsofknownmassinasaturatedup-flowmode.1.4Itisintendedthatthesampleusedintheprocedurebephysically,chemically,andbiologicallyrepresentativeofthematerial.1.5Thistestmethoddoesnotproduceresultsthatcanbeusedasthesolebasisfor(1)engineeringdesignofadisposalsite,or(2)thecharacterizationofwastesbasedontheirleachingcharacteristics.1.6Thistestmethodhasthefollowinglimitations1.6.1Maximumparticlesizeis10mm(0.4in.).Particlesizereductionisnotrecommended.Large-diametermaterial(cinders,rocks,andsoforth)shouldberemovedpriortopackingthecolumntoensureadequatecompaction.1.6.2Testmaterialscontainingdenselyimmiscibleorganicmaterialmayresultinphaseseparationandleadtocolumnplugging.1.6.3Thistestmethoddoesnotdifferentiatebetweendissolvedconstituentsandsub-70-mparticulatesthatpassthroughtheporesoftheendplates.1.6.4Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletotheleachabilitycharacterizationofmaterialswithregardtovolatilecompounds.1.6.5Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletothecharacterizationofmaterialsthatdissolveinwatertoadegreethatsignificantlyimpactsthevoidvolumeinthecolumnorthedeterminationofthespecificgravityofthematerial.1.7Applicationofthistestmethodtomaterialswithinitiallowpermeability,ortothosethatlosepermeabilityoverthecourseofthetest,mayresultinlongtestingperiods.1.8ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareinapproximateinch-poundequivalents.1.9Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
