【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyandperformancerequirementsandtestmethodsapplicabletoturntableladderswithsequentialmovementsofclasses18,24and30,asdefinedin3.13,underthecontroloffirefightersandintendedforfirefightingandrescuingpeople.NOTEThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1846-1,EN1846-2andEN1846-3.Turntableladdervehiclescompriseachassis,bodyworkandapoweredextendingstructureunitintheformofaladderwithorwithoutacage.TurntableladdervehiclescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardhaveaself-propelledchassis,themotorofwhichsuppliesthepowerrequiredfortheoperationoftheladder.Theydonotpermitoperationalmovementstobemadesimultaneously.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationaluseandtheroutinecheckingandmaintenanceofturntableladderswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorthemanufacturerauthorisedrepresentative.Italsodealswithperformancerequirements.1.3ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththeuseofturntableladdervehicleswithinatemperaturerangefrom-15℃to+35℃andwithawindvelocityontheladderset≤12,5m/s.Additionalmeasurescanbenecessaryforuseoutsidethisrange(tobenegotiatedbetweenthemanufacturerandtheuser).NOTESpecialdesignsforuseunderspecialclimaticconditionsshouldbebyarrangementbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaser.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwiththehazardsofthestandardautomotivechassisorduetouseasaroadvehicle.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletoturntableladdersvehicleswithsequentialmovementswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
